Neturen Co., Ltd. has announced the acquisition of 181,400 of its own shares in September 2024, at a cost of 183.59 million yen, as part of a treasury stock purchase program authorized by the Board of Directors. The company’s ongoing buyback plan, which began in May and extends through March 2025, has reached a cumulative total of 1,039,400 shares bought back for 1.1 billion yen, against an upper limit of 2.5 million shares and 2 billion yen.
