NetScientific (GB:NSCI) has released an update.
NetScientific plc has announced that its portfolio company Q-Bot has raised £1.5 million to support its business plan, involving the separation into two divisions focusing on installations and technology. The group has increased its total equity holding in Q-Bot to 17% after participating directly in the fundraising, with the goal of exploiting growth opportunities in the US and EU. Q-Bot, a robotics-as-a-service company, aims to enhance its technology platform internationally while maintaining a robust UK sales pipeline.
