NetApp (NTAP) has provided an announcement.
NetApp, Inc. has elevated Daniel De Lorenzo to Vice President, Controller, and Chief Accounting Officer, effective April 8, 2024. De Lorenzo, with a solid background in finance and accounting roles at NetApp and previous experience at PricewaterhouseCoopers, will be taking over from Mike Berry who remains the CFO. His compensation package includes a $370,000 base salary and incentive plan participation, and he’s secured an executive officer indemnification agreement with the company. Importantly, there are no reported family ties or controversial transactions related to De Lorenzo’s appointment.
