Nestlé S.A. has appointed Laurent Freixe as the new CEO, succeeding Mark Schneider who has resigned after shaping the company’s successful focus on key growth categories. Freixe, with the company since 1986 and a member of the executive board for 16 years, is praised for his strategic leadership and market expertise. The board expresses confidence in Freixe’s ability to drive innovation and sustainable value creation for Nestlé’s future.
