Nepra Foods Inc. has announced a delay in filing its annual financial statements, originally due by July 29, 2024, citing auditor capacity issues that stemmed from the company’s prior focus on other filings. The company now expects to complete the filings by August 29, 2024, and has received a management cease trade order for its executives until the financial statements are filed. Nepra Foods is committed to providing bi-weekly updates in line with regulatory guidelines until the documentation is filed.
