NEPI Rockcastle announces the commencement of a book build for a EUR 500 million unsecured green bond issue with a seven-year tenor, to be settled by October 2, 2024. The bond, with a BBB rating from S&P and a BBB+ rating from Fitch, aims to finance eligible green projects and will be listed on Euronext Dublin. The offering, managed by several major banks, is targeted at professional clients and eligible counterparties.
