NeoVolta Announces Ardes Johnson as New CEO with Performance Goals

NeoVolta (NEOV) has issued an update.

NeoVolta, Inc. has appointed Ardes Johnson as its new CEO starting April 29, 2024, with a generous compensation package, including a $350,000 base salary and significant performance-based cash and stock bonuses. The outgoing founder, Brent Willson, will continue as Chairman and CTO. Johnson’s performance goals include the sale of 1,200 units by June 2025, and he’s been granted 1,280,000 shares of stock, vesting over four years. The employment term extends to mid-2027 with options for renewal, and includes severance benefits under certain termination conditions.
