Neonode Inc. has announced the adjournment of its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders due to insufficient quorum. The meeting, initially scheduled for June 11, 2024, will now reconvene on June 25, 2024, at the same location in Stockholm, Sweden. Stockholders are given extra time to vote on the proposals, with no changes made to the voting agenda. Votes already cast remain valid for the rescheduled meeting, and stockholders who have voted do not need to take further action.
