Neonode Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors with the appointment of Peter Kruk as a Class II director, effective from October 7, 2024. Kruk brings a wealth of leadership experience from his roles at global industrial companies, including his current position as CEO of NCAB Group AB and former leadership roles at the Dometic Group and Stoneridge Inc. He will be up for re-election at Neonode’s 2025 annual stockholders meeting and will receive an annual cash compensation of $25,000.
