Neometals Ltd has successfully concluded its non-renounceable pro-rata entitlement offer, raising approximately A$7.1 million, including funds from a placement to institutional investors. The capital will be directed towards key projects like lithium battery recycling, lithium and vanadium technology R&D, and the Barrambie Gold and Titanium project. The new shares from the offer are set to begin trading on 7 November 2024.
