Neometals Ltd’s Managing Director, Christopher Reed, has increased his stake in the company through the purchase of 500,000 shares, bringing his total interest to 1.6% of the company’s issued share capital. The transaction, conducted on the market, involved an investment of A$58,000 at a price of 11.6 cents per share. Neometals, a developer of sustainable process technology, disclosed this information as part of their regulatory requirements.
