Neometals Ltd has initiated the final Electrolysis phase of the ELi™ Process pilot trials in Canada, targeting the production of lithium hydroxide from purified lithium chloride brine. The 1000-hour trial aims to confirm the process’s efficiency, membrane longevity, and product quality, which could significantly cut operating costs. This advancement is a part of Neometals’ strategy to commercialize their patented lithium processing technologies and support sustainable critical material supply chains.
