NEL ASA (NLLSF) has released an update.
Nel ASA has announced the distribution of shares in Cavendish Hydrogen ASA to its shareholders and the planned listing of these shares on the Oslo Stock Exchange around June 12, 2024. Shareholders will receive one Cavendish Share for every 50 Nel shares owned, with the internal valuation of Cavendish Shares set at approximately NOK 31.60 each. The distribution is part of an internal reorganization and will be considered a repayment of capital to Nel’s shareholders.
