Neinor Homes Partners with Avenue for Major Residential Project

Neinor Homes (ES:HOME) has released an update.

Neinor Homes has announced a joint venture with Avenue Europe International Management L.P. to develop a residential real estate project in Spain, with plans to invest around 35 million euros to construct approximately 700 homes. The partnership sees Avenue holding an 80% stake and Neinor 20%, with Neinor also managing the project’s design, licensing, marketing, and construction.
