Navigator Global Investments Ltd (AU:NGI) has released an update.

Stephen Jon Darke, a director of Navigator Global Investments Limited, has increased his direct holdings in the company by acquiring an additional 25,000 ordinary fully paid shares at a total value of AUD 40,750.00, through an on-market trade. This transaction, dated 17 September 2024, has raised Darke’s direct interest in the company to 177,973 shares, while his indirect shareholding remains unchanged at 50,000 shares.
