Navarre Minerals Limited has opened its capital raising with offers to both shareholders and the general public, aiming to raise up to $6 million through the sale of 60 million shares. The Priority Offer targets existing shareholders, while the Public Offer is available to all, both closing in late October 2024. This fundraising is part of the company’s growth strategy, which includes its flagship Stawell Corridor Gold Project and other significant exploration endeavors in Victoria.
