NatWest Group plc has released its total voting rights and share capital as of August 30, 2024, indicating that there are 8,304,852,050 ordinary shares with voting rights, excluding those held in treasury. The total number of voting rights amounts to 33,221,340,760, a figure shareholders may reference for reporting their interest or changes to it under regulatory requirements.
