NatWest Group (GB:NWG) has released an update.
NatWest Group has actively engaged in a share buyback, purchasing a total of 827,548 shares through transactions executed on various trading venues, including the LSE, CHIX, and BATE. The shares were acquired at prices ranging from 309.50 to 315.60 GBp, and the company plans to cancel all the repurchased shares. This buyback is part of a previously announced program and will result in NatWest Group holding 289,996,217 shares in treasury.
