NatWest Executives Buy Shares Post-Dividend

NatWest Group (GB:NWG) has released an update.

NatWest Group plc has reported that key management personnel acquired ordinary shares at a price of £3.3498 each following the reinvestment of the ordinary dividend paid on September 13, 2024. The shares were purchased in line with the company’s shareholding policy for its Chairman and Non-executive Directors, as well as employee share plans. The transactions were executed on the London Stock Exchange.
