Naturhouse Health S.A. successfully conducted its Ordinary General Shareholders’ Meeting online, with a 78.58% representation of share capital. Shareholders overwhelmingly approved all board proposals, including the annual accounts, allocation of earnings, and management of the Board of Directors for the year 2023, with virtually unanimous support.
