Nature’s Sunshine Products, Inc. has made significant salary adjustments for its top executives, with the CEO’s base salary rising to $832,000 and his annual cash incentive target increasing to 105%. Similarly, the CFO’s salary has been boosted to $460,000 with a new incentive target of 70%, while the Executive VP of Global Supply Chain now enjoys a base of $390,000. These changes reflect the company’s commitment to recognizing and rewarding the contributions of its key leaders.
