Natura &Co Holding S.A. has announced significant changes to its board and committee structures following the resignation of two directors. The company has appointed Fábio Colletti Barbosa as a temporary director and established a new Products and Brands Committee. Additionally, adjustments have been made to the composition of existing Board committees to maintain strategic oversight and governance.
