National Vision Holdings, Inc. has expanded its Board of Directors to nine members and appointed Susan O’Farrell as a new independent director, effective February 7, 2024. O’Farrell brings extensive financial expertise, having served in senior roles at companies like BlueLinx Holdings and The Home Depot, and currently sits on several other boards. Her tenure is set until the 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders, and she will participate on the Audit Committee. O’Farrell’s appointment is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to strengthen its leadership and governance, and she will receive the standard compensation package for independent directors.
