National Storage Affiliates Trust (NSA) has released an update.
National Storage Affiliates Trust has expanded its Board of Trustees by appointing Lisa R. Cohn as the new member, bringing the total number of trustees to eleven. Starting from her effective appointment date, February 15, 2024, Ms. Cohn will also contribute to the company’s compensation, nominating, and corporate governance committee. Additionally, she has entered into an indemnification agreement with the company, offering her protection similar to that provided to other board members. No other undisclosed arrangements have been made in relation to her board election.
