National Grid Transco (NGG) has released an update.
National Grid plc has announced the issuance of 74,024,449 ordinary shares as part of its Scrip Dividend Scheme for the 2023/24 final dividend, resulting in a total of 5,126,611,643 shares with 4,885,819,416 of them carrying voting rights. Shareholders can use this new figure as the denominator in calculations to determine the need for declaring changes in their stake in the company.
