National Grid Transco (NGG) has released an update.
National Grid plc has announced the sale of its remaining 20% stake in National Gas to a consortium led by Macquarie Asset Management. The terms of the sale are consistent with the original transaction, and completion is expected in the first quarter of 2025, subject to customary closing conditions and regulatory approvals.
