Nass Valley Gateway Ltd. has announced a delay in filing its 2023 Audited Financials and Annual MD&A Reports, which were due by June 28, 2024, due to complications with its former auditor. The company is in the process of obtaining an extension from the BCSC and has committed to providing bi-weekly updates until the filing is complete. Nass Valley Gateway specializes in the sale and distribution of hemp-based CBD products for various health and beauty applications.
