Narryer Metals Limited has successfully acquired a 70% stake in Highway Lithium Ltd, securing interests in two key lithium-tantalum exploration projects in Canada’s mineral-rich Yellowknife Lithium Province. This strategic move expands the company’s portfolio with projects that boast established infrastructure, including proximity to major highways, a large city, an airport, and various bulk transport options. The deal was finalized with the issuance of 12.5 million shares to Highway Lithium vendors and 1 million options to the lead managing firm, following shareholder approval.
