Gavin England, a director at Narryer Metals Limited, has increased his stake in the company by acquiring 250,000 fully paid ordinary shares at the cost of $10,000, or $0.04 per share. The transaction, which took place on May 27, 2024, was part of the second tranche of a placement previously approved by shareholders. Following the purchase, England now holds a total of 4,727,333 fully paid ordinary shares among other interests.
