The transaction, valued at $6,049.50, took place on the market and after this purchase, Evans’s total holdings amount to 5,941,203 Ordinary Shares and 1,475,004 NACO Listed Options. No changes were reported in director’s interests in contracts, and the trade was not conducted during a closed period.
