Nanoveu Ltd has disclosed a significant increase in Director Steven James Apedaile’s stakes in the company, particularly in the form of 5,000,000 Performance Rights, as per the latest filing with the ASX. This change, dated 28 June 2024, leaves Apedaile with an indirect interest comprising over 6 million Performance Rights, alongside existing holdings of 2,000,350 Ordinary Shares and 500,000 Options. No securities were disposed of in this transaction, which was executed as an issue of Incentive Performance Rights to Directors.
