Nanoco Group plc, a pioneer in cadmium-free quantum dots and nanomaterials, has announced the completion of a share buyback on August 20, 2024, acquiring 178,164 ordinary shares with the intention to cancel them. This move will leave the company with 200,315,252 Ordinary Shares in issue, which will be the new total voting rights figure. The buyback, part of a previously announced program, reflects the company’s ongoing commitment to managing its capital effectively.
