Nanoco Group plc (GB:NANO) has released an update.
Nanoco Group plc, a leader in producing cadmium-free quantum dots and other nanomaterials, has announced the successful purchase and immediate cancellation of 137,285 of its ordinary shares under its share buyback program. Additionally, the company has completed the transfer of over 13.7 million shares to the Employee Benefit Trust. Following these transactions, Nanoco’s total number of voting rights stands at 206,675,798.
