Nanoco Group plc has announced the full exercise of deferred bonus options by its CEO, CTO, CFO, and other employees, originally granted in November 2021 and based on prior years’ bonuses. These transactions occurred following the release of the company’s financial statements and involved the sale of a portion of shares to cover tax and fee obligations. The remaining shares were retained by the individuals, contributing to their total shareholding in the company.
