Nanoco Group plc (GB:NANO) has released an update.
Nanoco Group PLC, a pioneer in cadmium-free quantum dots and nanomaterials, has announced the purchase and subsequent cancellation of 492,214 of its ordinary shares. This move is part of a share buyback program initiated on April 11, 2024, with all shares acquired at a uniform price of 20.1132 pence. Post-cancellation, Nanoco’s total number of voting rights will stand at 195,883,269 ordinary shares.
