At the recent AGM of Nanjing Sinolife United Company Limited, shareholders passed all resolutions with overwhelming support, including the approval of financial reports and the re-appointment of auditors. Additionally, a special resolution was approved to grant the Board a mandate to issue additional shares up to 20% of the issued domestic and H shares. The AGM concluded successfully with compliance to legal requirements and full attendance of the directors.
