Nanjing Sample Technology Company Limited has announced its upcoming Annual General Meeting to be held in Nanjing on June 28, 2024, where shareholders will review and vote on key company reports, financial statements for 2023, and the proposed profit distribution plan. Additionally, the board will seek authorization to allot new shares up to 20% of the existing shares in issue and to appoint and remunerate auditors for the next fiscal year. The resolutions, including the granting of a general mandate to the board for share allotment, will be subject to regulatory approvals and company law.
