Nanalysis Scientific Corp. successfully held its AGM, electing six directors and approving all proposed resolutions, including the re-approval of its stock option plan. Shareholders welcomed Jennifer Stubbs to the Board after Guido Cloetens’ departure, while the company continues to innovate in portable NMR spectrometers and expand its Security Services business, including a $160 million airport security contract.
