Nanalysis Scientific Corp. successfully completed a prospectus exempt offering and concurrent private placement, resulting in the issuance of over 11 million units and raising nearly $5 million. The funds are earmarked for business expansion and working capital purposes. Each unit includes a common share and a half-warrant, which could potentially accelerate in value if certain trading conditions are met.
