Namoi Cotton Ltd (AU:NAM) has released an update.
Olam Agri Australia Pty Ltd has issued its second supplementary bidder’s statement regarding its bid to acquire all shares of Namoi Cotton Limited, with the offer extended to July 16, 2024. The offer price of $0.70 per share is higher than a previous offer from another company, and the independent directors of Namoi have recommended shareholders accept the deal. Additionally, Olam Agri has now achieved a 3.31% voting power in Namoi shares.
