Naked Wines Insider Buys Company Shares

Naked Wines plc (GB:WINE) has released an update.

In a recent move that signals confidence, Colebrooke Partners Limited, associated with Non-Executive Director Jack Pailing, has acquired 20,000 shares of Naked Wines plc. This purchase increases Pailing’s stake to approximately 0.98% of the company’s issued share capital, equivalent to 723,654 shares. The transaction, which took place on the London Stock Exchange, involved shares valued at £11,500 in total.
