In an update from Mystate Limited, Director Brett Alexander Morgan has reported a significant change in his shareholding, with the acquisition of 10,000 fully paid ordinary shares through Xanderjane Pty Ltd, the Morgan Family Account, for a total consideration of $38,300. The transaction, which took place on-market between August 28 and 30, 2024, increased Morgan’s total direct and indirect holdings to 51,800 shares.
