Mystate Director Increases Shareholdings

Mystate Limited (AU:MYS) has released an update.

Mystate Limited has announced that Director Andrea Waters has increased her stake in the company through the Dividend Reinvestment Plan by acquiring 1,145 fully paid ordinary shares, for a total consideration of $4,409, bringing her total holdings to 39,516 shares. There were no disposals of shares and no changes in director’s interests in contracts reported.
