Myriad Metals Corp (TSE:M) has released an update.
Myriad Uranium Corp. is set to raise $5 million through a non-brokered private placement of 20 million units, aiming to fund its uranium project exploration and general working capital. Each unit, priced at $0.25, comprises one common share and a half warrant, with each warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.30 within 24 months. The funds will support the company’s interests, including a significant stake in Wyoming’s Copper Mountain Uranium Project and uranium exploration licenses in Niger.
