MyndTec Inc. Secures Funding Through Private Placement

MyndTec, Inc. (TSE:MYTC) has released an update.

MyndTec Inc., a company specializing in neurological treatment and rehabilitation, has successfully completed the seventh tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising $137,490.00. This brings the total capital raised from all seven tranches to $951,539.25, which will be used for general corporate purposes, including working capital and sales and marketing initiatives.
