MyndTec, Inc. (TSE:MYTC) has released an update.

MyndTec Inc., a company specializing in neurological treatment, has successfully completed the fourth tranche of its non-brokered private placement, raising a total of $540,749.25 from all tranches. The latest tranche included 180,214 units sold at $0.75 each, and the funds are earmarked for general corporate purposes. Notably, the securities offered have not been registered in the U.S. and are subject to a four-month hold period in Canada.
