Mydecine Innovations Group Inc. has announced a delay in filing their 2023 Annual Filings, initially reported on May 2, 2024, and is providing bi-weekly updates as the audit progresses, with the next update expected around June 21, 2024. Despite the management cease trade order, public trading of the company’s shares continues, although its executives are restricted from trading. Meanwhile, the company has postponed its Annual General and Special Meeting, which was set for July 19, 2024, with a new date to be announced later.
