My Foodie Box Limited has issued a final notice of director’s interest, announcing that Parisrat ‘Mai’ Hughes ceased to be a director of the company as of May 10, 2024. Hughes held 305,799 fully paid ordinary shares through Onetangi Nominees Pty Ltd, associated with the Onetangi Superfund A/C, but did not have any direct registered holdings in the company. No interests in contracts were reported in relation to the director’s resignation.
