Mustang Energy PLC has successfully completed the acquisition of Cykel AI PLC, now owning its entire issued share capital, as officially effective from June 26, 2024. In conjunction with the acquisition, Mustang introduced 400,345,563 new ordinary shares, which are now listed on the London Stock Exchange as of June 27, 2024. Shareholders are advised to use the new total of 412,507,529 ordinary shares as the denominator for any future notifications of interest changes as per FCA rules.
