Mustang Energy Moves to Correct Share Listing Oversight

Mustang Energy Plc (GB:MUST) has released an update.

Mustang Energy PLC has applied to admit new BMN Settlement Shares to the Official List after an oversight prevented the initial application. The shares, issued to Bushveld Minerals Limited, will be admitted around June 25, 2024, while the total share capital and voting rights of the Company remain unchanged. Shareholders can use the total voting rights figure to assess changes in their shareholding interest.
